Best Drinking Games For Fun

best drinking gamesIf you have some free time off from work, you and your friends may be itching to do something fun. Most of the time, the activities revolve around alcohol. Even though just drinking alcohol can be fun, there are a lot of drinking games out there that can help enhance you and your friend’s night.

Perhaps one of the best drinking games ever is beer pong. This is where you set up a group of cups on both ends of a table. Everyone is separated into two teams. To start things off, the first person to make a shot in a cup gets to go first. Both teams keep shooting until there are no cups left. Whoever the loser is, he or she has to drink the opposing team’s beer. After multiple games, shooting can be extremely hard. That’s the fun of it, though. You get to see who can hold their alcohol the best and who has the most accurate shots throughout each game.

There are a lot of great drinking games out there that involve a board. A creative game you might be interested in involves a board, a set of dice, shot glasses, quarters and whatever type of alcohol you want to fill inside the shot glasses. Whoever has the highest number after rolling the dice, he or she gets to start the game off. After the dice are rolled, the person has to move that number of times on the board. Then, the person gets to shoot the quarter into another person’s shot glass. If the quarter goes inside the shot glass, the person gets to keep rolling and the other person has to take the shot.

There are a lot of simple drinking games that can be played throughout the night. For instance, make up a word that no one is allowed to say at the party or event. If the word is said, that person has to take multiple shots in a row. It’s a simple game that will test everyone’s memory. As the night goes on, more and more people are going to forget the forbidden word. Don’t make the word complex, though, because then no one will probably say it.

If you don’t mind sharing some embarrassing personal information with the group, “Never Have I Ever” might be for you. First, you and your friends need to grab a beverage. Sitting at a table is best because it lets everyone see each other. Everyone starts with three fingers up. A person starts by saying they have never done something — which is more than likely something embarrassing or revealing. People who have done that “something” have to put one finger down. The first person who puts all their fingers down loses.

The best drinking games usually involve some type of competition. Everyone in the group wants to win — and if you add in a prize, the best drinking board games can be even better. Whatever game you decide to go with for the night, make sure you exercise extreme caution so that no one gets hurt.
